Ford Repair: 1995 ford windstar, blown fuse, ford windstar

I bought this van the guy said that there was no communication to the computer.He said they put a new one in and they had the same problem.There is spark but the van still wont start.

first, the communication concern could be as simple as a blown fuse. check all the fuses in the compartment in the vehicle. second. swapping the computers is not as simple as it seems. first the changed computer needs to be blanked out and reprogrammed then it needs to have the parameters reset to identify with the other computers in the car then the keys must be programmed. i know this seems like alot but before i can help any further, you needs to ask if any of the above things have been done. should you get theses answers please feel free to get back to me.
