Answer
Start by doing several things. Cleaning and or replacing the idle air control valve along with the throttle body for starters. Every one of your spark plugs have misfired at least 5 times, so replacement is highly recommended. In another code, I recommend cleaning out the Mass Air Flow Sensor, with spray that can be picked up at any parts store. If you use a K&N air filter, that may be the culprit for that problem. With every single one of your cylinders misfiring, the coil pack is suspected. The coil pack itself can be tested is the good news, saving you a possible 70 or more dollars. Long story short, do a complete tune up, and have the coil pack tested, cleaning the mentioned sensors as well. Also, unless you replaced all four oxygen sensors, you may have others that are defective.
