Ford Repair: Explorer 05, luck chris, ford dealers

I have a 2005 Explorer and have bought a 21' boat which probably weighs about 32000-35000 lbs.  The engine is a 4.6/V8 with a class II hitch.  Will this handle the weight?  

If I install a class III with a transmission cooler, would that help?

hey there. This should be able to pull this without a problem, And when it comes to towing anything!! you should always install a cooler. because of the size and weight of the boat, i would find the best cooler you can find. Im not to sure with the classes of tr\iler hitch. you may want to consult a profeesional with trailers and accesories, Ford dealers dont really get involved with that kind of stuff. BUt definitly install a cooler.
