Ford Repair: Crown Vic wont start., crown vic, diagnostic port

Question
Hey. I recently acquired a 1992 Crown Victoria. It's a 4.6 FI. It has the complete Interceptor package.
My problem is this. The car was sitting for a while (about a year) after the fuel pump went down in it. The previous owners cranked the engine once a month to make sure it didn't lock up. I replaced the fuel pump and checked the fuel filter, and everything looks good, but it still won't start. It fired up once after I replaced the pump, but it was missing horriby. I was holding the gas to the floor, and it would start to rev up, then miss and do it all over again. I let off the gas and it idled for a second, shut off now it won't start back. What does it sound like to you?
Thank you for your time.

Ford Repair: Crown Vic wont start., crown vic, diagnostic port
Diagnostic Port
You will need to start with a complete tune up. When vehicles sit that long, things start to dry rot. After you have done a complete tune up, remove the ground wire from the battery for at least2 minutes. Then check the trouble codes. I will embed a picture of the diagnostic port. My guess is that you have at least two sensors bad.
