Ford Repair: code po113, ford bronco, luck chris

Question
I have a 1996 ford bronco 302 electric od. I have a code po113 high voltate for the iat. The voltage is 4.7 on the snap on scanner. I changed the sensor and no change. I used alldata and jumped the 2 wires together and seen if the volts changed, no change. It tell sme to check the ohms at the pins. I dont know what pins to check and some people are telling me I have a bad pcm. Please help me

Answer
hey there, if that sensor has been replaced and you are getting the same fault then there can only be one of two problems, either, there is a short or open in the wiring to the sensor of there is a fault with the PCM, the only way to verify this is trace the wiring from the pcm to thi IAT sensor, do a resistance check on both wires, if resistance is within normal secefications, then it is definitly the PCM. you must check the condition of these two wires to verify this though, good luck
