Ford Repair: Ford Cylinder 8 Misfire Hesitation From 700 rpm to 2200 RPM, coil pack, compression tester

Question
Okay. Heres My Story,
I Have a 1999 eddie Bauer Ford Expedition 4wd with the 5.4l
Engine. I Recently Drove the Truck to georgia From Houston
And on The way back from Georgia The Truck Threw an Engine
Light And Began flashing. I Drove The Truck Back To Houston.
Went Ahead And Ran An OBD2 Diagnostic For Codes and Came Up
With Cylinder 4, And 8 Misfire. So What i Did Was Replace
All 8 Spark Plugs, all 8 Fuel Injectors And Replaced The Two
Rear Coil Packs. The Truck Runs a Little Bit Better. But i
Still get Hesitation from 700-2200 rpms Especially over 50
MPH And somewhat of a Rough Idle. I Got A Check engine Light
Again and It Gives Me cylinder 8 Misfire. And When I Make
Sharp Turns The Truck Does Kind Of Stall Or Not Want To turn
Like It Should. I Pulled Out Coil Pack #8 And Check The
Plug. It is Black And Looks Like its Running Way too Rich.
So I Replaced The Plugs Again And Swapped The coil Pack With
cylinder one's And I Still Have The Same Problem. Now I want
to Replace The FPR But i Dont Want to spend the money If
thats Not the Problem. I Am Thinking somehow i Might Have a
Scarred Or Bent Valve But i need a Second Opinion As My
Compression Tester Wont Work With This Truck And I Need To
Get My Truck inspected But it wont Pass emissions Due To The
Misfire. So Please Someone Let Me Know whats going on here

Answer
hey there, if good spark and fuel is present then you have no other choice but to have that compression test done, it will be alot cheaper than that fuel rail pressure sensor that you want to put in that will not siolve your problem, and where those the only codes coming up on the pcm scan? just p0308 and p0304 the compression test will give you a good idea of what kind of shape the engine is in as well, you have to start with the basics, and throwing parts at it is just a waste of money, let me know about the codes, good luck
