Ford Repair: timeing, ford crown vic, head bolts


Question
i have a 1996 ford crown vic. the head gasket went out on it so i took it apart and put it back together and i messed up on the timing  3 times now and this is the forth time Ive done it now i went by the book the last time around and im getting compression on the passenger side of the motor.but im only getting 30 pounds of pressure on the 3rd cyl. back to the cab on the drivers side of the motor and the other 3 cyls. are getting no compression at all what would you recommend?please answer i this is my only car and i use it for work

they have special tools to line up timing on this vehicle-if you did not use them and got more than a couple of notches out of time you may have bent some valves i don't know really how to answer this question if you do it wrong you damage the engine-did you use new head bolts if not they may have stretched when you torqued them they are torque to yield bolts and have to be replaced-has it run long enough for the lifters to pump up.you can follow up if  you want to let me know what you did or did not do-did you use a manual i'm not saying you did anything wrong i just would like to know where were at and the procedures you did.
