Ford Repair: Gas guage on 2007 Expedition, gas gauge, luck chris

I just filled my gas tank up In my Ford Expedition. And my gas guage didn't reset what do I Do? Its still stuck on 1/4 of a tank.

hey there, there are only two reasons for this, either there is a fault with the nstrument cluster, or the fuel sender is stuck at the qurter tank positon, to verify this is not a cluster fault, hold the reset buttun for the kilometer resete for 3 seconds and while holding it turn the ignition to the on position, all the gauges should perform a "sweep test", if the gas gauge sweeps normally then it is definitly a problem with the fuel sender. god luck
