Ford Repair: Vague Steering, low profile tires, correct tire pressure

Question
07 ford fusion, I4, 16,000 miles.
Bought from dealer 2 months ago.  Steering feels vague, seems to drift to the right going down the highway. Feels like I'm constantly making to many small corrections to keep the car centered. Tires are new Continental ContiPro Contacts (205/60 R16) that came on the car. Is this a tire issue or is there a way to tighten up the steering.
Thanks in advance for the help,
Barry

Answer
It sounds like the front end is out of alignment. I know exactly how you feel. I recently had to rent a car, got the Focus. It felt like I was riding a Bronco. My daily commute is all freeway, so it made for a long 45 min. trip twice a  day. Be sure the correct tire pressure is at proper levels as well. The Focus had what I consider low profile tires on it, and until the light came on, I didn't know that it had a low tire. My guess is that you have differentiating tire pressures.
