Ford Repair: 1999 ford expedition, o2 sensors, water remover

1999 ford expedition. check engine light on hesitating stuttering took to autozone they said it was a cylinder misfire and water in gas and o2 sensor. put on new o2 sensor plugs wires fuel filter and used water remover. ran fine about a week then back to same thing and now it doesnt want to turn it loses power when i turn. what do you think could be the problem?

Wow, the guys called it, except for the water in the fuel. They got you the first two defective O2 sensors. Now you have 2 more defective eO2 sensors. You see, your vehicle has 4 sensors, and they are all exposed to the same environment. You have two more to go, hopefully they are not the hard ones. Resend if need more info:
