Ford Repair: 1999 ford expedition, o2 sensor, cylinder misfire

Question
QUESTION: 1999 ford expedition. check engine light came on a few months ago went to autozone they said it was a cylinder misfire and o2 sensor and water in gas. so i replaced spark plugs, wires, o2 sensor, and fuel filter. ran ok for a week. now back to same hesitating stuttering and this is new as of yesterday when i go to turn my wheel i lose power the truck does not want to go at all. what could be the problem?

ANSWER: please stop wasting time at autozone partsellers freescan-first maybe you did need those items but if so it was just luck cylinder misfire number two i'll go for that as for the cause you buy enough parts your bound to get it-there is no way by scanning it only they know you have a bad o2-if you had a misfire you probably had an 02 code becuase that cylinder will be rich-without taking a fuel sample they cant check for water in gas we don't really see that much anymore although it does happen. as far as turning the wheel is that at idle or road speeds
is check engine light back on-if az scans it ok i'll accept their codes retrieved although i always check myself but DO NOT BUY ANY PARTS UNTIL IT IS DIAGNOSED because you get a code does not mean a part is bad a pinhole in a vacuum hose can set lean codes/02 sensor codes rpm codes etc. it is important to have it checked so you don't waste money throwing parts on it.

QUESTION: yes check engine light is on. when driving it will flash a few times and go back solid. hesitates and stutters bad. went back to autozone today and it came up cylinder 2 misfire. its always cylinder 2 i dont know what else to do. az told me to check the coil pack did that and it sparks so i guess its not that. i just dont know.
as for the wheel turning. if you sit still and move the wheel back n forth its fine but when your driving and you go to make a sharp turn it acts like it doesnt want to turn. its hard to explain. it just doesnt want to turn theres a resistance in it. and also when you brake and turn it makes a grinding like noise. kinda like the noise a vehicle makes when the brakes are grinding but its not the brakes.
he didnt tell me the code number just told me cylinder 2 misfire and o2 sensor but said when theres a misfire in a cylinder the o2 code will also come up.

Answer
number two cylinder misfire-1-plug i know they are new but maybe one cracked going in-and since you are stuck on az i hope you did not install bosch spark plugs in that vehicle they don't do well in fords and within 5-6 thousand miles i guarantee they will be misfiring-to much resistance and that can take out a coil-2-wire also new but make sure the end of wire goes all the way to plug sometimes it pulls up in boot especially on less expensive wires (ok cheaper). 3-check your injector wire connector unplug and reconnect it in case one terminal dirty don't see this as much on american cars but again it does happen.
with vehicle running feel of injector body to see if you can feel it clicking steadily. 4-could have inside mechanical problem broke valve spring also rare. 95% of misfires on ford trucks are plug/coil or wire if you are sure you have covered this and parts are good which they may be but cheaper and good quality don't go in same sentence then it is time for you to take it to someone who can do more than read codes.
there is any number of normal situations to cause a misfire but even more abnormal. good luck.
