Ford Repair: What kind of clutch fluid do i use?, clutch fluid, thanks a million

I have an 88 mustang 5.0 with a TKO 5 speed manual transmission and was wondering what kind of fluid i should use in it? Also is there a filter and should i change it? Thanks a million....Jon

DOT-3 brake fluid should be find. I know a few old boys that completely flushed the system,by that, I mean installed all new parts, and ran DOT-5. That is what the post office runs in their trucks. It's boiling point is a twice as high. However, the two cannot be mixed.
