Ford Repair: FROZEN SPARK PLUG, seafoam cleaner, vacuum hose

Question
'93 FORD ESCORT/ 4 CYLINDER. ONE PLUG WILL NOT COME OUT. TRIED SPRAYING W/BLASTER SEVERAL TIMES BUT N/G. RAN TILL BLOCK WARM---N/G. GETTING FRUSTRATED!!!!!!! CAN U HELP ME?  THANX A LOT--- WALT  [CARPENTER--NOT A MECHANIC].

Answer
you may have a carbon buildup on bottom of plug-so install all plugs-run some top engine cleaner through engine to hopefully soften carbon-then run some seafoam cleaner found at parts store through engine
while running let vacuum hose pull about 1/2 can through intake then shut off engine and let soak for awhile-restart engine-take a pint of marvel mystery oil do the same as with seafoam except after pulling some in engine do not restart-pour some around outside of plug and let sit a few minutes-then take socket and work plug back and forth very slowly (as if you had a choice) trying to eventually work its way out of head-if you can get plug out even if it damages threads in head i have had good luck repairing that with head on the car. the trick is not breaking the plug-when you run cleaner and mystery oil you may ground plug wire on that cylinder so it don't burn off the oil.letting it soak in better. good luck.
