2 questions! 1) window will not go up or down but motor is running fine what could be the problem? 2) once we hit 48 miles per hour the cold air quits blowing out of the air vents and warm air starts blowing out of the defroster vents by the windshield??? any clue??? thanks! debbie

busted gear kit in motor it can be bought separately at parts house very easy to do just be sure and remove all broke pieces from motor-may have to use hole saw to drill hole in door skin to gain access to one or more bolts that hold motor-look for small dimples in door skin to see where to drill hole in front of motor

check for vacuum leak under hood area on vac hose going into firewall.
