Ford Repair: 2005 Ford Escape wet drivers side floor, 2005, ford

My 2005 Escape has a water leak coming in under my carpet on drivers side. The drivers side door rubber moldings are good and look not to be the problem. Could a sun roof leak end up on my drivers side floor? As I see it the water may be coming in below the dash area and running under the carpet to the lowest area on door side of floor.

Yes it can depending on how the vehicle is sitting at the time. It could be from the front or rear of the sunroof unit and running down the interior trim.

Also,some other things for you to look at:
Windshield set
"A" post seams ( both upper and lower )
Roof panel seam
Cowl to "A" post seams
Bulkhead to wheel well seam
Any rubber plugs in bulkhead
