Ford Repair: 1992 Honda Accord Headlights, high beams, test light

Question
Good Morning
i have 1992 Honda Accord with 119000 miles.  New headlight were put in the car six months ago.  Both headlight high an low stopped working.  Fuses check good in engine compartment.  Running lights still work along with turn signals and all rear lights.  I have try jogging the high beams on and of to see if the switch may be stuck it has done nothing for me.  Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help that you can provide.

Answer
not a ford but ok here goes-first i would take a test light out to bulb unplug one of them-with test light clamp end hooked to negative side of battery touch positive side with light point to make sure it works then-turn headlights on check the terminals on plug for headlamp one should have power-then jog switch one time to brigt/dim lights then recheck plug a different terminal should have power if they do then check the third terminal  for ground you do this by removing test light clamp from negative side of battery and installing it to positive side now anything you check that is grounded will light the test light-now if you have powers and ground then bulb is bad-if you have powers and no ground then you will have to trace wiring for ground being bad-if no power you will have to check for bad/lost connection starting under dash as long as fuses are ok.
