Ford Repair: Cold Air Intake issue, mass air sensor, cold air intake

I manufactured my own CAI and everything is where it needs to be and I talked to the autozone guys and they told me I did a superb job. My question is, now that I installed this my check engine light is on stating that my Mass Air Sensor is reading too lean. How do I reset it to compensate for the new intake? I had the autozone guy reset it with the computer but it only stayed off for a couple hours of drive time.

With the new intake configuration, you're moving more air than before, so to get the mixture corrected, you would need upgrade your fuel injector to increase fuel to match-up with the increased air flow.  I am not aware that you can adjust the MAS, maybe I am wrong.
