Ford Repair: 99 Ford Escort, a/c duct plugged, cabin air filter, vent openings

Hi I have a question regarding a 1999 Ford Escort ZX2.  The fan motor works fine, and when removed moves a lot of air.  It seems that air is limited from the ducts.  It blows harder from some and not from others.  I'm guessing some obstructions or something.   Can you advise me on how I might clean out the various ducts?

first see if your car has a cabin air filter and change it if it does
they get clogged and restrict airflow-other than that you could take an air hose and blower and blow through the vent openings and see if it dislodes something-you could have a air door broke and partially blocking a passage-good luck
