Ford Repair: emergency brake fuse keep on blowing, motor speed control, ford excursion

2002 ford excursion, the emergency brake fuse keeps on blowing. what could cause this to blow?

Sorry it took so long to answer, I had to do some research.
If it only blows when you put the e-brake, then its probably the e-brake relay. If it blows and you don't use the e-brake it's probably one of the other items protected by that fuse. Auxilary Climate Control, Heated seats, Vacuum pump motor, Speed control, Overhead console, Brake shift interlock, Electronic shift on the fly solenoid, transmition range sensor are all on that fuse. The E-brake fuse is #27 (15A).If it's another fuse e-mail me back.
