Ford Repair: Changing Spark Plugs, needle nose pliers, changing spark plugs

Question
What all do I have to remove on my 2000 Ford Expidition to change out the plugs? And is there a guide I can download and use or a Diagram

Answer
your in for a treat and need to be sure you want to tackle this job-in itself it isn't that bad if plug boots and or spark plugs don't seize
i don't know of a guide-i think you have individual coils on this one.

i take screws out of all coils on one side then pull the coils up one at a time boot should come off with coil-then blow air in plug hole to remove anything that could possibly fall in hole-remove plug gap new one install antisieze on threads and please, please don't put a bosch or champion plug in this vehicle unless you like random misfires-if boot doesn't come off spray some wd40 inside boot and gently take needle nose pliers and push down and pull up several times-pushing down helps spread boot on bottom at plug allowing the wd40 to work its way in. if a spark plug siezes you could damage head getting it out and cause a major repair several hundred or over a thousand dollars. be careful and don't crack the plugs on back four cylinders. take your time and good luck.
