Ford Repair: harmonic balancer on a 92 for tempo, ford tempo, mechanical ability

i was wondering on how to change the harmonic balancer on a 92 ford tempo gl it has the 2.3L in line 4 cylinder with automatic transmission. i have gotten a few different resposes from diffrent shops but i am really trying to find the best most cheapest way to fix this thanks.

been a long time since i changed a balancer on a tempo. i am going to take for granted you have tools and a mechanical ability and explain it that way but if you don't let someone else do it.

first raise passenger side front with jack and put on a jack stand-remove rt front wheel-put jack under oil pan with a block of wood to keep from damaging pan-jack until have slight pressure-remove belt and engine mount lower jack to gain access to bolt in balancer-remove bolt and i think balancer will pull off or pry off gently you may need to lower engine more so balancer will clear body-if it won't pry off you may need to use a puller. take care not to damage pulley in case you have to use it again. good luck.
