Question
QUESTION: I purchased my van December 2007 it had some jerking so I had a full oil change, radiator flush, and changed the gas over to premium. For a while everything was ok. Two months ago I noticed that my coolant reservoir was filled with black gunk. I took it to get flushed I was told they flushed it 3 times and there was still residue. Can you help me defer what the problem is.....please!!

ANSWER: Let's just hope that it's not oil. You aren't losing oil, right? How often do you have to add a quart?

QUESTION: yES, IT IS OIL! I'm starting to notice a pattern of every 2-3 weeks I end up adding a high mileage oil. So where does this leave me? Someone told me it was my timing cover....What do you think it is? And what suggestions do you have?

Answer
I think you have a blown gasket. Either an intake gasket or head gasket. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
You will just have to tear it down, but I can assure you, it is one or the other. I don't know how I could have been of anymore help to you. Quite frankly, I am surprised that whatever place you had do the flush didn't tell you. It fairly obvious. Loss of oil, black "gunk" in the coolant.
