Ford Repair: engine change, ford f150 xlt, ford bronco

will a 1989 ford bronco 302(motor new 2006) fit in a 1992 ford f150 xlt 302.with just a wire harnes change on the motor?

a salvage yard should be able to answer that question for you i do replace some engine with salvage but i leave it up to the salvage yard i use to steer me correct luckily i haven't had a mismatch problem yet but in all fairness i use rebuilt jasper engines about 90 percent of the time.
