Ford Repair: gas tank wiring, gas tank, ford ranger

We put on a new gas tank and all wires hooked up the same and it won't start. Battery is new-alternator can you help with a diagram 1992 ford ranger v-6 3.0 any helpful information on where each wire is to be hooked up and any helpful information.    thanks

How was it running before the gas tank change? Is the fuel pump cutting on. I can only suggest that you go to you're nearest library. They should have service manuals that should be plenty helpful. I live in a fairly small metropolitan, and they have them. You will be looking for the name Mitchell.
