Ford Repair: help me, throwout bearing, slave cylinder

u wouldnt happen to know how to put a clutch in would you? i have a 94 ford f150 staight 6 5 speed, i cant figure out how to get the throwout bearing off it has a spring or something holding it on?

do yourself a favor and replace the whole slave cylinder assembly with the throw out bearing already on it-and get a good quality part because i have put in about three clutches and throw out bearing only to have slave cylinder blow out within 2-3 thousand miles-the slave cylinder will wither be bolted in or twist and lock. look at the new one to see how it is mounted-really replace the slave cylinder.
