Ford Repair: e150 rough running, dead hole, bad tune

Question
Ok, I had multiple problems, egr bad, tune up, now i have a dead hole on #6 cylinder. I have spark, plug is good and gapped correctly. But I hear a tapping noise, so i am checking the lifters top see if the valves are opening and closing. How tight do I tighten the rocker bolts? And how do I check to see if an injector is faulty. A noid will only tell me if it's getting power, right?

Answer
Right, the noid will tell you if the injector has power. I can't tell you how to tighten the rocker arms due to the lack of information. Year, displacement, etc. Replace the injector if ir has power. When you take the fuel rail off you could try swapping injectors before you but one to see if it is just a faulty injector. The noise may be a problem.
