Ford Repair: windstar 2003 wont start, kick panels, water leak

wife parked the 2003 windstar 3.8. wont start again, checked battery, alternator, starter all r fine, all fuses under hood and under dash are checked and are fine. when i try to turn the ignition all dah cluster lights go off, however no clicking, no nothing, i need some help and will pay for it, never had this problem before, thanks

A water leak intrusion can cause a condition like this. Pull all four interior kick panels and your front scuff plates,put your hand under the rug and see it it is wet or damp. "A" pillar,inside bulk head seam leak or side windshield leaks, can leak on top of a module.
