Ford Repair: Fuel pump problems in 93 Aerostar, inertia switch, fuel pump relay

Question
I have a 93 Aerostar 3.0L that was running fine, and suddenly refuses to start. It will turn over, but it's not getting fuel. The fuel pump is not engaging when I turn it on. I have replaced the entire pump assembly with no results. I have located the inertia switch and it is depressed. What else could be wrong?

Answer
Several things could be wrong. Start by determining if there is any voltage to the pump. If not, you need to work backwards. The inertia switch would have been my first guess also. A couple other things to look at like the fuel pump relay, or even the ignition switch.
