Ford Repair: suspention help!, alignment shop, ford ranger

Question
i have a 99 ford ranger 4wd, there was a grinding sound when turning we went to sears and they said the upper driver side ball joint went bad so we fixed it by buying and replacing a new control arm and after it was better, we drove it a little then went to get it allined and they said the left lower ball joint is bad and that the tie rod right outer was also bad so we repair the tie rod and now the truck shakes very bad and the wheels bow in bad... what to do??? please help!

Answer
Take it back to the alignment shop. This is the type of story that really upsets guys like myself. It's just uncalled for. The first guy should have done all of the work to begin with. It sounds like they may have not installed the tie rods correctly. Don't accuse them of anything, just take the truck to them simply asking this. "What do you see wrong with this picture?" Proceed to tell them that you are very patient, and that you just want you're truck right, so that it can be dependable.
