Ford Repair: Windshield Moulding, rubber molding, windshield glass

I own a Ford Freestyle and for the past month the windshield mouldings has been popping up.  I've tried calling a few places, even my dealer, and can't seem to find anyone to do the repair.  Is this something we can do ourselves without causing further damage?  HELP!

 Are you asking about is the rubber molding that is on the outside edge of the windshield glass?
 Can you send me a picture of what it is that you are looking at?

 Is the molding rippled, just wavy, torn, or just loose from the glass?
