Ford Repair: Starting issue, bosch fuel pump, fuel sending unit

This is a followup to the last question we had going.

You gave me a link to the Bosch fuel pump... Anyway, when I hook my OHM up to the wire that goes to the fuel sending unit, what should it read? How much power does it take to properly operate the fuel pump?

I haven't been able to put my hands on the name of the part. What I do know is that it is only available on a new assembly. You will need to purchase a new assembly because it is not one of the few parts including the fuel pump that mount into the tank available at parts stores. However, you could go down to the dealership with our picture and point to the part. Replacing and installing whatever it's name is, may be another story.
