Ford Repair: 94 SHO 3.0L Cranks strong but wont start, crankshaft sensor, spark plug wire

Question
94 SHO 3.0 Cranks strong but wont start. Also car has been running hot and A/C is out now. Wife told me she runs the A/C to help keep engine temp down. Removed fuel filter output line cranked but no gas out but you can hear pump start up 5 seconds turning key on. Replaced filter & fuel pump checked inerta switch & it's depressed (good). Jumpered 12 v and ground straight to fuel pump it pumps very strong. I measured voltage on pump harness and inerta switch 6v only. Replaced relay control module above radiator still cranks no start . Removed one of the spark plug wire from ignition coil? this car doesnt have roter & cap tested with multimeter no dcv coming from ignition coil Removed plug wire from spark plug inserted a jumper wire up into the plug wire held it to a ground and cranked did not see a spark even tried it bare handed (not the smartest thing to do) but still no spark. I need some ideas please

Answer
Hello David,
If there is no spark output, your two most likely causes are lack of engine RPM signal at ignition module and PCM(possible bad crankshaft sensor), or a failed ignition module(2 connectors on each end, mounts to end of intake). The ignition module is the more likely cause, and I have replaced one on a SHO before. The relay module was the other part i was going to suggest, but well... It is possible you have a circuitry problem too, or a PCM, but a ign. module is more likely.
I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner, as I've had some major problems of my own. I hope this info helps, and good luck!  Shaun.
