Ford Repair: brake lights,blinkers,and cargo brake light, left blinker, cargo work

i hope you can help me. I'm trying to figure out why my left blinker is blinking really fast, my cargo brake light won't work, and my left brake light won't work. the red light that is where the brake light is works when the lights are on, but when you press the brakes it doesn't get brighter/work when the lights are off. the white lights on the back cargo work but not the red/brake light. I've changed the fuse for the rear brake/ turn signal and still have a fast blinker and no left back turn/brake red light. hope i didn't confuse you. thank you very much any help trying to figure this out would be great.

Change all applicable bulbs if not already done.Check the bulbs in the from also.A new flasher might be needed if applicable.Sometimes, one bad bulb makes the entire circuit act "strange", so go ahead and put a complete set in the back. One at a time to avoid a mix-up. start with the ones that you know don't work. When using our services again, please list year, make, and model of vehicle please.
