QUESTION: I pulled the knob off it is ok, I can turn the stem  and it still blows hot air. Thank You.

Answer
Hello John, It may be the blend door motor or door broke in the heater case, also the radio coud be pulled to make sure you do not have a vacuum leak for the controls also. In order to check it you'll have to remove the radio, drop glove box down to see the top of the case. hope this helps Thanks Tony
