Question
QUESTION: I have a 2000 ford crown victoria it hesitates between 30 and 40 mph and it has poor acceleration in beginning till I get past 40 mph I changed spark plugs coils fuel filter air filter pcv valve and the throttle cleaned and injector system cleaned and still same problem  can u please help me

ANSWER: Without a trouble code only a couple of things can cause this. The symptoms have the hallmark of a stuck EGR valve, but unlikely since there is no trouble code,or is the check engine light on?Or does it even come on occasionally?.How many miles are on the crown vic?Have the catalytic converters inspected also.If everything checks out, have the fuel pressure tested.

QUESTION: how can I check the ignition timing and converte  and fuel pressure and could it be the transmission

Answer
You check the fuel pressure with a gauge that can be purchased at most parts stores. You need to test it at an idle,at 2000 r.p.m,and at about 4000 r.p.m.The gauge should not drop, only increase during throttle acceleration.A simple night time quick look under the car will do for the converter. If it is glowing red you may have a problem. You can also have a muffler shop test them with an infrared thermometer. The ignition timing can be checked with a timing light.Quite frankly I didn't consider the transmission from you're first description.Do you mean to say slips or shutters instead of hesitates?Does the engine rev up and the car does not pull at the speed you listed. If so you may be looking at a transmission problem. If the motor is weak then it should be you're focus, but if it sounds good/strong yet does not accelerate, have the transmission checked.I hope that this helps and good luck.
