Ford Repair: 1993 Aerostar,, fuel pressure, catalytic converter

My aerostar has lost all power and desire to accelerate.  I have checked the fuel pressure(35 psi key on, 30-40 psi running)  I don't know what it should be.  I am at a loss as to what to do.

There are several possibilities here.When did it start acting like this.Was it out of the blue?Is the check engine light on?Is the van drivable?Look at the catalytic converter under the van at night.If it is glowing red then it might be you're culprit.Other than that,you might be looking at a intake gasket gone bad.Is it backfiring or popping.Please be as detailed as possible on you're next response.
