Ford Repair: Running to rich, o2 sensors, catalytic converters

Question
I am not sure what my problem might be. The 1985 F150 passes everything but CO%. At 2500 -300 the limit is 1.20 and reading is 3.29. At idle, the limit is 1.20 and the reading is 6.31.  Please let me know what might cause this, so it can be repaired.  Thank you very much.

Answer
A faulty carb amy be to blame or just a plain old intake gasket.Make sure that you're air/smog pump is working properly. With numbers that high you have to wonder if the catalytic converters are even working properly.Have the O2 sensors replaced. Also check the timing with a timing light.I know this is alot of directions but it is very possible that all of the above are problems.Good luck.
