Ford Repair: Tie rode ends 2000 windstar, tie rod ends, inner tie rod

HI I'm in need of how to change inner and outer tie rod ends. I have the parts but don't know how to do it..Please help!!!!!

frist of all u take tires off and then take a 7/8 wrench and loosen the tie rod nut  then take a 18 mm and lossen teh outter tir rod nut , bang on spindle with hammer till outter tie rod pops up and then turn tie rod till it comes off and then grab a screw driver and stick in the clamd by inner tie rod and twist teh clamp off and then use a inner tie rod tool to take inner tie rod out
