Ford Repair: 2001 F150 5.4L ignition coil, vech, safe way

Question
I have a 2001 F150 with the 5.4L V8 and believe one of the ignition coils is shot.  How can you determine which one is acting up?  I had one replaced about 40K miles ago and cost me $170.

Answer
any check engine light? if u do let me know the code and i will tell u what cylinder it is , 170 is not bad we charge $290, but anyways  u can try power braking the vech in a safe way of course  and as its missing try disconnecting the injectors one by one and see where the miss is less and that would be your coil .. good luck let me know
