Ford Repair: 1993 Probe Electrical, turn signals, heater blower

was driving today, and noticed my turn signals, heater blower both don't work now, and my headlights work but will not pop up.  Is there a Master fuse or relay that would control these? I checked all my fuses with a test light and there all good?

I don't think they have a fuse in common, but those cars are known for having ground problems.  I would check under the hood for wires that are bolted to the engine or body of the car, look for corrosion and clean up any bad connections.  A lot of times there will be a handful of wires grounded to one spot, corrosion there will make a lot of things malfunction.   Other than grounds, those systems should all be independent of each other so I can't see why they would all act up at once unless there's a ground problem.  Hope this helps,
