hi steve can you tell me what i can use to rid scratch 0n bumper which i think is fibreglass .

  Well, body and paint aren't really my specialty, but I can tell you that metallic paint is notoriously hard to work with.  I honestly wouldn't even bother with blending or buffing compounds.  Sure, you could try and you might have decent results...but most of the time anyone looking closely will be able to tell you've buffed out a scratch.  I'd recommend leaving it to a quality body shop to do a professional job if you're really concerned with how it looks afterward.  Hope this helps.
