Ford Repair: 03 Expy turn signal relay replacement, signal relay, steering column

Suspect turn relay acting up. Is it going to be a chore to
replace on my '03. 5.4L, 2WD, XLT Expedition?

Hey  Mike,
    Sorry it took a while to get back. I wanted to get to work to research the t.s./hazard circuit before I talked to you.
    The indicator flasher relay, as Ford calls it, is in  Auxillary relay box #3, which is under the left hand of the dash, sort of next to the steering column.
    The power for the indicators goes also through the multi-function switch(t.s. switch), which is actually the more likely cause for your problem, from my experience.
