will the 351 windsor heads fit 302 engine?

  Yes, the heads will fit.  The only thing you need to do is get a set of bushings for the head bolts.  The 302 blocks are set up for 7/16" head bolts while the 351Ws use 1/2" bolts so the bushings will allow the bolts to secure the heads to the block.  I'm not entirely sure who makes them (I'm sure more than one company does)...they just sort of show up at the shop and I don't ask questions.  Your best bet is ARP.  Hope this helps.
