Warn has a great line of products, and for the avid off-roader, warn is what you want on your truck.  I have tried many other products, and they have never held up.  You will need to buy a few parts, but you can pick them up at your local parts store if you can find someone who knows what they are doing.  Mainly, the proper manual hub, spindle nuts and lock washers.  Warn provides all these products for your truck, along with detailed instructions on how to make the conversion.  You can buy them online, but you may have to pay for shipping.  If you don't use your four wheel drive that much, then you can try a company called Mile Marker.  They have decent products at a good price, but I wouldn't use them if you plan on staying in the mud and/or water.  Let me know if you have anymore questions.  Good luck,    Jason
