Ford Repair: ?, b m shifter, mustang coupe

Question
i don't know if i have a it'd or at transmission i have a 2000 v mustang coupe please get back to me i am trying to buy a short throw shifter and it says for it'd and at Trans only.

  Well, to be honest, I'm not really sure I understand your question.  When it comes to shifters you're looking at two kinds.  One for automatics (usually abbreviated "AT") and one for manuals (abbreviated "MT").  I really don't have a clue what "it'd" would stand for.  But I can make it simple.  For a Mustang with a manual transmission, Pro 5.0 makes some of the better shifters out there as does MGW...although MGW is more expensive.  For an automatic Mustang, go with a B&M shifter.  Hope this helps.
