Ford Repair: trouble with signal lights on mercury tracer 91, fuse panel, mercury tracer

i have trouble with the signal lights on my car i check all the fuses and all of them are in good condition, i think maybe the flasher relay could be the problem but i can't find where is located at so if you can help me i really appreciate your help.

Hi aaron thanks for asking. and sorry about the delay. these are always a pain to find. If it is not on the fuse panel inside the vehicle then it will definitly be in somewhere around the steering colum hangin of two wires. You will probably have to dig around a bit to find this. All the flasher is, is a little round tin cylinder with either 2 or 3 prongs
