Ford Repair: 98 crown victoria missing after intake replacment, vacuum leaks, vacuum lines

Question
Hi,I just replaced a cracked intake that had a tiny water leak with a new one on a 98 crown victoria 4.6L.I replaced all the injector seals and followed the proper torque specs, the head surface was very clean but if you give it just a bit of gas from idle there is a miss but not at a steady high rpm but is also noticed at idle.I checked for vacuum leaks as well as all wire connections and hoses, all good.I also tried to eliminate each cylinder by pulling the connector at each coil but none made a change. The service engine light is not on,the engine run perfect prior to the intake swap.Any ideas or suggestions.Thank you

Answer
HI Charles thanks for asking.
There must be something that you missed. Or something improperly wired. There are a couple time where i have done these and i accidentaly pinched a wire under a bolt. that was a headache to figure out. are you missing any gaskets? like for Iac? are there any pinched or cracked vacuum lines from being disturbed, sometimes it is hard to detect a cracked vacuum line, I would take them out one at a time and inspect. there is really nothing else it can be if it was running fine before this job.
good luck
