Answer
Epitacio,

The oxygen sensors have no affect on a cold engine so no that is not your starting problem. However, that code may indicate that your fuel pump is bad and not providing enough fuel during startup.  Also, you may have a bad EGR flow sensor known as a DPFE sensor. It monitors EGR flow which may be causing your EGR high code.

I would leave the truck at the garage overnight and allow the mechanic to install a fuel pressure gauge then let it sit overnight. Have them try to start it first thing in the morning to catch it in the act.

Good Luck!!
