Ford Repair: 96 winstar died, valve cover gasket, dash lights

my 96 winstar was driving down the street and it died
turn the key nothing no power.
I get home an hour later turn the key it starts no problem.
get the van home shut it off try to start it nothing then a clicking sound and display dash lights are dim.
put battery charger on it no go.
leave van sitting over night turn the key in the morning fires up no problem drive it for two days everything normal.
second night start it up, back out of parking space put it in drive it dies try to start it no lights no nothing no power.

check under hood oil or something on top of power steering cap oil or something on top of injectors vehicle is comeletely dead again.

battery checked 3 weeks ago it good alternator was putting out 13volts it's ok  any ideas where to look or what to look at?
power thing worries me oil thing scares me already replaced valve cover gasket 9 monthes ago

I would remove that battery and have it checked again. Otherwise check your battery cable that runs under the battery. They get acid in them and corrode badly.

Don't worry about the oil. This is caused from turning the steering wheel without the engine running. It builds pressure in the reservoir and spits fluid out.
