will not start,clicks like bad battery,can't jump start.why?

Jumper cables are not strong enough to start the car on it's own. They need the vehicles battery to at least accept and have a partial charge to help. I would simply install a new battery and be done with it. You can damage electronics by continuing to try and jump start it.
